Ong777 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Usage Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and ong777 ("Platform"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the ong777 platform, including the website, mobile application, Sports Betting services, Live Casino, and all related services provided by ong777.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ong777 platform, you automatically agree to comply with these Terms in their entirety. This agreement takes effect from the date you first use the platform, not merely from the date of account registration.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only at ong777. Holding multiple accounts – whether registered under different names, phone numbers, or email addresses – is a serious breach of these terms. ong777 uses automated detection technology to identify duplicate accounts and reserves the right to:

• Immediately freezing all associated accounts without prior notice
• Forfeiting all balances and bonuses held in those accounts

Ong777 is committed to processing all valid withdrawals promptly and transparently. The following withdrawal terms and procedures should be understood by every user:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction

• Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the user's name only
• Estimated processing times: e-Wallet (15 minutes – 1 hour), FPX bank transfer (1 – 2 hours)
• Withdrawal requests exceeding RM 10,000 within a single day may require additional verification for security purposes

Ong777 reserves the right to suspend or withhold withdrawals in the following situations:

• Bonus rollover requirements have not been fully met

• For BWF badminton matches that have started where a player retires due to injury – the result is determined in accordance with BWF regulations
• For MLBB MPL Malaysia esports and other esports titles, matches postponed by more than 48 hours will be considered void

Ong777 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. This includes bets that exceed current market limits or bets assessed as suspicious activity.

In-play betting at ong777 allows users to place bets while a match is in progress. Given its dynamic nature, specific rules apply to this type of betting:

• Ong777 is not liable for any losses incurred due to internet connectivity delays or technical disruptions on the user's end during in-play sessions

The security of your ong777 account is a shared responsibility – ong777 protects the platform infrastructure, while users are responsible for safeguarding their own access credentials:

• Do not share your ong777 password or login credentials with anyone, including family members
• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other account

• Identity Fraud: Registering using another person's identity or falsified documents
• Money Laundering: Using the ong777 platform for any money laundering or unlawful financial activities
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to exploit the bonus system through multiple accounts, match betting between accounts, or any method intended to circumvent rollover requirements
• Insider Information: Placing bets based on insider information not available to the public, obtained through unlawful or unethical means
• Technical Disruption: Attempting to breach, hack, or interfere with ong777's technical systems in any way
• Automation: Using bots, scripts or automated software to place bets or access the ong777 platform

Ong777 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time on specific grounds. Equally, users have the right to close their own account at any time upon request:

Temporary suspension by ong777 may occur due to:

• Incomplete identity verification (KYC) process
• Suspicious or unusual account activity
• Active disputes relating to bets or payments that are currently under investigation
• User request via the cooling-off period option

Permanent closure by ong777 may occur due to:

• Violation of any terms set out in this document
• Proven or confirmed fraudulent activity

• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age

For account closures requested by the user, all valid balances (not subject to any outstanding rollover) will be returned to the user via their registered payment method within 3 business days.
